1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by B&B Removals. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms

2. Services

B&B Removals provides moving, packing, transportation, and related removalist services.The scope of services is based on the details provided by the customer at the time of booking.

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes are based on the information provided, including inventory, access, distance, and time requirements.

B&B Removals reserves the right to revise pricing where:

1. Additional items are added

2. Access conditions differ (stairs, long carry, no lift, etc.)

3. Delays occur beyond our control

Quotes are not binding until confirmed.

4. Bookings

A booking is confirmed only once accepted by B&B Removals and, where applicable, a deposit is received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion

5. Pricing and Payment

Services may be charged on a fixed or hourly basis  Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed  Additional charges may apply for: o Waiting time o Extra labour or materials o After-hours or urgent services

Failure to pay may result in recovery action.

6. Cancellations and Changes

Customers must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. B&B Removals may charge:  Cancellation fees for short-notice cancellations  Rescheduling fees where applicable Deposits may be non-refundable depending on notice given.

7. Customer Obligations

Customers agree to:  Provide accurate and complete information  Ensure safe and reasonable access at all locations  Be present or have a representative available during the move Failure to meet these obligations may result in additional charges or service refusal

8. Prohibited Goods

We do not transport:  Hazardous or flammable materials  Illegal goods  Perishable or dangerous items B&B Removals reserves the right to refuse such items.

9. Damage and Liability

While reasonable care is taken, B&B Removals is not liable for:  Damage to items packed by the customer  Pre-existing damage or structural weakness  Normal wear and tear during transit Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Customers are encouraged to arrange independent insurance for high-value items.

10. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:  Traffic, weather, or road conditions  Mechanical issues  Customer-related delays Any additional time incurred may be chargeable.

11. Insurance

Basic transit care is provided. However, comprehensive insurance is recommended for valuable or fragile goods.

12. Right to Refuse Service

B&B Removals may refuse or discontinue services if:  Conditions are unsafe  Information provided is misleading  Payment terms are not met

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia
