We document the full scope: number of workstations, furniture inventory, IT equipment, filing systems, and any specialty items. You receive a written, fixed-price quote with a clear project timeline.

Step 2: Move Planning & Building Coordination
Once confirmed, we coordinate all the logistics that make Sydney commercial moves complicated: loading dock bookings, lift access windows, building management sign-offs, floor and wall protection requirements, council parking permits for large vehicles, and confirmation of access at the destination end. Every one of these is handled by us, not left for you to chase.

Step 3: Pre-Move Crating & Labelling
For medium to large commercial moves, we deliver crates and labelling materials to your office 2–3 days before the move. Staff pack their own workstation contents into labelled crates each one tagged to its exact new location. This eliminates the “where does this go?” chaos at the destination end and dramatically speeds up the setup time.

Step 4: The Move

At your new office, we unload by floor and room, reassemble all furniture, position workstations, and place equipment exactly as planned. We remove all packing materials and crates. Before we leave, you do a walkthrough with our crew to confirm everything is in order. You pay exactly what was quoted.
